The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b)

Why does this happen? This error usually means that required DirectX files are missing or corrupted on your system.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open C:\Windows\System32
  2. Search for the following files and delete them if they exist:
    • d3dx9_31.dll
    • D3DX9_43.dll
  3. Download and install the DirectX package:
    DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer
  4. Restart your PC and launch the client again.

The code execution cannot proceed because CShield.dll was not found.

Why does this happen? Your antivirus software is blocking or deleting files required by the client. This is a false positive.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Start Menuand search for Windows Security
  2. Click on Virus & threat protection
  3. Under Virus & threat protection settings click Manage settings
  4. Toggle Real-time protectionto Off
  5. Confirm the UAC prompt with Yes
  1. Add the client folder as an exclusionso it won't be flagged again.

  1. Open the Start Menuand search for Windows Security
  2. Click on Virus & threat protection
  3. Under Virus & threat protection settings click Manage settings
  4. Scroll down to Exclusionsand click Add or remove exclusions
  5. Click Add an exclusion→ select Folder
  6. Navigate to your client installation folder and click Select Folder
  1. Download the full client again or the single CShield.dll

The client has been updated – please use the patcher

Why does this happen? Your client files are outdated. This can also appear if the server is currently under maintenance or your IP/ports are being blocked by your router.

Follow these steps:

  1. Run the Patcherto download the latest files.
  2. If the error still appears after patching:
    • Restart your router to refresh your IP address and clear any blocked ports.
    • Wait a few minutes and try again.

Why does this happen? We actively block software such as HorusModus/InterceptorCLI because it is commonly used by bots to automate in-game inputs. To ensure fair gameplay, these tools are not allowed.

  1. Download InterceptorCLI from GitHub
  2. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges
  3. Navigate to the unzipped folder
  4. Execute: the command install-interception.exe /uninstall

  1. Reboot your computer to complete the uninstallation
